Commission is calculated only on completed and successfully processed purchases tracked through your unique affiliate link.
Discounted purchases, refunded purchases, chargebacks, test transactions, self-purchases, fraudulent activity, or manually adjusted orders do not qualify for commission payouts.
Payments are issued after commission totals have been reviewed and confirmed. If technical issues or banking delays occur, Diamond Momentum will notify affiliates via email or Facebook Messenger as soon as reasonably possible.

Diamond Momentum is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect information supplied by the affiliate. Any transfer fees or currency conversion fees may be the responsibility of the affiliate.
VIP Affiliates agree to promote the Diamond Momentum Content Kit respectfully, honestly, and professionally.
Diamond Momentum reserves the right to request removal or modification of any promotional content that does not align with the brand.
This affiliate opportunity is not open to the public. All affiliate invitations are managed directly by Diamond Momentum.
Each affiliate receives a unique personal link to track qualifying sales. Only sales tracked through your assigned link qualify for commission payouts.
Affiliates are responsible for using their correct link, testing it before promotion, and ensuring all promotional content directs correctly.
Diamond Momentum is not responsible for commissions lost due to incorrect links, broken links caused by third-party platforms, user error, or altered URLs.
If a customer receives a refund, disputes a payment, or initiates a chargeback, the related commission may be removed from current or future payouts. Commissions are only payable on valid, completed sales.
VIP Affiliates participate as independent promoters and are not employees, contractors, partners, agents, or representatives of Diamond Momentum.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations, declaring any income received where required by law, and ensuring their promotional activity complies with local laws and platform policies.
Diamond Momentum does not guarantee any level of sales, commissions, or income. Affiliate results will vary depending on individual effort, audience, content strategy, consistency, and other external factors.
As a private invite-only opportunity, affiliates agree not to share private affiliate discussions, confidential business information, or internal payout structures publicly.
The Diamond Momentum Content Kit, branding, graphics, generators, prompts, templates, and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of Diamond Momentum. Affiliates may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute the product or its contents.
Unauthorised sharing or redistribution may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and possible further action.
Diamond Momentum reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time if these terms are breached, misleading promotion occurs, brand damage is caused, or fraudulent activity is detected. Termination may occur without prior warning where necessary.
Diamond Momentum also reserves the right to adjust commission structures, change pricing, update payout schedules, or pause the affiliate program. Affiliates will be notified of major changes where reasonably possible.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with the advertising standards and policies of all platforms used, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. Diamond Momentum is not responsible for account warnings, restrictions, or removals caused by affiliate promotional activity.
The Diamond Momentum Content Kit is a digital product with instant-access delivery. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
